Absolutely. Every deck exports as a native .pptx or .key file you can open in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Edit text, swap charts, change themes — it's a real file, not a screenshot.
Is there a free tier? Do I need a credit card?+
Yes. You get 25 conversions for free with no credit card required. After that, Pro is $12.99/month with unlimited conversions, no watermark, and premium voices.
Where does my data go? Is it private?+
All processing happens on AWS US-East-1 with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Recordings are auto-deleted 30 days after processing. We never use your content to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
Will you support Windows or Linux?+
Windows support is in active development and expected in late 2026. Linux is on the roadmap after that. The iOS app is already live, and an Android version is planned. Email support@glowdeck.ai to be notified when each lands.

How long does it take to generate a deck?+
Most 30-60 minute recordings finish in 2-5 minutes. Longer recordings (1-2 hours) take 5-10 minutes depending on AI illustration generation. You'll get an email when your deck is ready.
Can I use my own brand colors and templates?+
On the Team plan, yes — upload your brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) and every deck uses it. Free and Pro plans use GlowDeck's curated themes.
